Usage
Liquid Blue FCF is an aqueous solution form of Acid Blue 9 (Brilliant Blue FCF), convenient to use with no dissolution step required, suitable for coloring in food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Compared to the powder form, the liquid product is easier to meter and dose, especially suited for automated feeding systems in continuous production. In the food industry used for coloring beverages, candies and ice cream; in pharmaceuticals for capsule and tablet coating coloration; in cosmetics for personal care product coloring. This product is a pre-dissolved aqueous solution of Acid Blue 9 with the same active ingredient as the powder form.
